NAPKIN AND WIPER FOLDERS

Built for 1/4 folded converted products, the Road Runner converting line series are built to convert wipers, towels, napkins, and similar products with variety 1/4 formats.   The unique Road Runner variable folding cassette allows quick product changeover with a push of a button, virtually eliminating changeover time. This feature eliminates the need to change out the folding roll cassette if a different length cutoff (7 inch/ 178 mm product range) is required.  The machine line can be designed to meet your production requirements with many different machine configurations available.

Road Runner I Machine

With two-lanes of output, this machine has the versatility and flexibility that allow a variety of different substrates to be converted on it. The modular design allows it to be configured to meet your exact converting needs.

Road Runner II Machine

This high capacity machine is configured with four-lanes of output to provide high volume production rates.  The innovated design using our proven tension control technology allows even the most difficult substrates to be converted at high efficiency.

Road Runner III Machine

The Road Runner III produces 6-lanes output.  Following the Road Runner series platform, this machine will allow the customer to be competitive in a wide range of  markets.
